General conditions for tours on MTB and e-bike

1. The customer is entitled to the tour he/she has booked.
2. PEAK SPORT ADVENTURE reserves the right to change the tour for safety or organisational reasons.
3. The customer has to show up 15 minutes before the time agreed at the booking.
4. The customer declares that he/she is aware of the level of difficulty of the booked tour and to have gathered information regarding the difficulties.
5. PEAK SPORT ADVENTURE cannot be held responsible in case of accidents or incidents during the guided tour.
6. The customer is responsible for possible damage to the rented GPS if caused by misuse or crashes.
7. PEAK SPORT ADVENTURE cannot be held responsible in case of navigation errors as well as the lack of navigation of the rented GPS.
8. The use of helmets, gloves and glasses during the tours is mandatory.
9. PEAK SPORT ADVENTURE reserves the right to cancel a tour due to bad weather conditions. In that case the customer will receive reimbursement of the paid fee.
10. The fee for the tour service with an MTB guide does not include the cost for lift tickets.
